Nicki Minaj Visited A Children’s Hospital And Performed Her First Rap Ever: Watch

Nicki Minaj might be on a major tour, but the star recently took some time off to visit the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in partnership with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation.

The touching clip — released Tuesday (Aug. 11) — features Nicki dropping her first rap ever. But she didn’t just rhyme. Queen Barb also opened up during a Q&A with the patients. Here are a few cool things we learned:
